Hi there! My name is Dean and I am the creator of Kream’d Parfaits. I run this food truck business with my wife, Angie, and we are high school sweethearts hailing from Sydney, NSW. I have been a chef since 2011 and have decided to follow my dream of opening an ice cream shop. Kream’d Parfaits has always been a dream that has been in the works since we were in high school.
My inspiration came from my honeymoon trip to Japan where Angie and I enjoyed many different flavours and ideas of parfaits which fuelled my creativity.
Not your typical parfait
Following the seasons of the year, we create a variety of parfaits with layers that will compliment the fruits with a creamy vanilla soft serve and a combination of either soft, crunchy, salty, sweet textures and taste combined! All flavours are created with unique blends and combinations to create a fresh and balanced parfait.
Minimising waste
We aim to be as sustainable as possible, we use every ingredient to avoid any wastage. With my time in the kitchen for over a decade, I’ve watched many ingredients and stock go to waste. Our purpose is to use all ingredients with as little waste as possible. Parts of our ingredients that are normally thrown out go towards our compost to help our home garden flourish.
